Amsterdam Book Market
The Amsterdam book market is every Friday from 10am- 6pm in The Spui.
Vendors gather every Friday from the furthest reaches of The Netherlands, to offer a large selection of speciality and antique books, Art Books, and many out of print treasures. You can find unique postcards, greeting cards, and even one of a kind vintage posters. Some vendors carry stationary and decorative paper and you can always stumble upon some unexpected curiosities.
The book market is located in a square called; Spui. Nearby You will find the American Book Center (Spui 12) and Waterstones (Kalverstraat 152), both specialising in English books, making this area truly the hub for bibliophiles in Amsterdam.
